Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully. By using the srk250r platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the srk250r platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account with srk250r. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. srk250r will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Identity Verification
Srk250r reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time, particularly before processing fund withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.
Personal Information
You agree to provide truthful information and not to impersonate any other individual. The use of false identities, misleading information or falsified documents is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a srk250r platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or srk250r's operations as a whole. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain unauthorised advantage
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activity through the platform
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer
- Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward support staff or other users
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with fraudulent activity, and/or appropriate legal action.

Payments, Transactions & Currency
Fund Deposit
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on srk250r are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet. srk250r reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for each transaction, which may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes within the platform. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that are not your own is strictly prohibited.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures as required by srk250r. Processing times depend on your chosen withdrawal method and account verification status. srk250r reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Tax & Fiscal Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all tax obligations and fiscal duties applicable to their winnings under Malaysian law. srk250r does not provide tax advice and bears no responsibility for any tax liabilities arising from use of this platform.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Srk250r is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays or data errors beyond the platform's control. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the srk250r platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of srk250r or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The srk250r platform may contain links or references to third-party services. srk250r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Srk250r reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a violation may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Amendments to Terms
Srk250r reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the srk250r platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
